What do you want to get out of your life? I’ve been asked this question so many times, and, honestly, I’m not sure. As a Christian, I hold a responsibility to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with the world, but what exactly can I do?

I’m fourteen. Yet people expect me to have my college, career, and sometimes even retirement figured out. I just want to be a kid right now. Here are some questions that will challenge you to think about the past, present, and future.

What is the most meaningful thing that another person has ever done for you?

Who are the people you can depend on the most right now?

Where do you see yourself in five minutes? An hour? A day?

How can you be a better person?

What steps can you take, right now, to be a better person?

List the problems you face day-to-day in life.

How might you fix these problems?

What is your favorite activity in the world?

Who do you spend most of your time with?

How do you impact the people around you?

Based on your answers to the questions above, set some short-term goals. They don’t have to be hard. Set a reminder for yourself places. These questions are for you to know yourself better. The better you know you, the better you can get to know others.

You’ve got this, and remember, God can move in your life in unexpected ways, so don’t lose hope!
