Hey guys! My eyes hurt from looking at paper.
On Thursday, Kinley came over for a full day of DC scrapbooking, which is an assignment for social studies. Seven hours and two rolls of double-sided tape later, we had made two DC scrapbooks…and a disaster of the dinner table.
We also baked this crazy thing with and old oatcake and failed banana bread. We blended the two together, added chocolate mousse and raspberries. My dad said it was the best dessert EVER!
I was delirious for a while after that, as I often am when I need sleep.
Yesterday, we made a mini movie, then headed up to Camp Blueberry for ATV rides and binge-watching our favorite shows. It was such a fun bonding experience.
Today was similar to yesterday, but then we decided to plan a camp, and spent the whole car ride home discussing who would cook. We baked a lot too, and I feel sick from eating so much chocolate.
If you can’t tell from my poor writing, I am exhausted.
