Last year, my friend Charlie got hit by an ATV. Read more… This year, I was praying for a peaceful and fun 4th of July with my friends without any injuries. Luckily, the day ran smoothly and concluded with awesome fireworks. I went to my friend’s house and watched the boys play basketball for a while, strummed some chords on my guitar and talked to Noah and Emma’s dad, Ed for a while. Emma is currently gone on a ballet program, so we missed her today!
It’s Mrs. W’s birthday, so happy birthday Mrs. Walchenbach!
I heard everything about my other friend’s fun 4th of July plans, and they sounded amazing. Kinley, Mikka, and Julia hung out and set off fireworks too, Luca travelled, Gunnar was across the country enjoying fireworks three hours before us, and honestly, I’m not sure what Luke was doing because he joined the group chat a little later.
