I’m taking a step back from advice for this post, and I want to share with you all of the great things going on in my life. The more positivity that is spread, the more positive the world is.

First of all, God is moving in a really cool way at my school. Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve put together a Worship band to play at school chapels. Let me give some backstory: We used to have combined chapels for middle and high school. We recently separated from the high school to have middle school only chapels, and the middle school didn’t have a worship team. Thanks to the generosity and willingness of my peers, we’ve put together a very talented group, and we are planning to play at our first chapel on March 5. I am so glad we were given this opportunity, and I can’t wait to see where we go next.

Secondly, I’m very blessed to have an amazing family who cares about me. I know it can be hard for parents to deal with moody teenagers, but my mom and dad have been rockstars. Emily is my sister for life, and I’m so sad she will be leaving us in June, but right now, we are savoring every moment. My Auntie Ruthie is also an important part of my life. Right now, we are planning to go indoor skydiving as a Christmas present, and I’m thrilled! My grandma and grandpa are happy and healthy, and I’m excited to see them soon too!

Third, I have been witnessing a lot of middle school drama this week. I feel like I sorted my life out this week, so I’m trying to help my friends who are dealing with drama. I know when I’m struggling, it’s great to know there’s a friend there to support me.

Finally, I’m just happy with the things that are coming up. I’ve got a cruise, then our 8th grade DC trip (Kinley and I are roommates), then it’s supposed to be nice and sunny out for a while.

I’m so glad I got to share my good news with you!
