First Day!
My first day was amazing! Not only are my teachers really nice, but they explain everything so that even the new kids (like me!) know what they are doing! I met so many kind people and managed my homework in 90 minutes! I made excellent use of my time.
Allow me to start from the beginning.
7:30: I arrive at school. I decorate my locker and socialize.
8:00: Bell rings and I go to science class, where I know many of my classmates. We are instructed to fill out forms. It is chemistry after all. My parents are responsible if I light on fire! I break my fingernail.
9:05: I head to English where we have a group discussion about psychology and emotion. Our conversation is captivating, and I break another fingernail.
10:10: I rush to Spanish and sit with two other kids, both of whom are very nice. We begin with basic phrases and review greetings. We are assigned 30 minutes of homework.
11:15: I eat lunch. A peanut and butter sandwich and fruit.
12:00: Study Hall. I finish Spanish homework and socialize.
1:05: It’s time for math. We spend class taking diagnostic #1 and we learn that if we try, we get an A.
2:10: In history, we make introductions and go over basic rules. I’m excited to learn about ancient history!
3:15: School lets out! First day, check!
So that’s my day! I usually won’t go over my schedule like that, (I hope to be more interesting), but, hey, it was my first day of Middle School! I’m so happy with how it went I can’t wait for tomorrow!
